Stationary

For the stationary i started off with this tube design. I took the colour from my logo and added it to the two ends of the tube just to add a little colour.

I then placed my logo onto the blue and played around with the positioning, i found that it looked the best in the centre of the blue band. 

Too finish it off i added in some details about Doha on the centre of the tube.

For my notepad i started of with colouring the whole of the cover blue to keep with my colour scheme. 

I thought that having the whole design blue looked a little plain so i took the blue up a little revealing some white.

Next i added in my logo and played around with a range of positions until i found that having the logo just up from the centre looked the most appealing to me.

I moved onto the badges, i had a good idea to split up the logo into two parts one imagery and one type. For the first badge i took the skyline imagery from my logo and placed it on a blue background. For the second badge design i placed my whole logo onto the plain white background. Finally for the third badge i wanted to focus on just my logos type and i played around with different ways to position the type. I decided to keep it simple and have the type clearly placed in the centre of the badge on top of a blue background.

For the front of my business cards i started off with my plain blue background and placed my logo onto the card.

I looked at a a few different positions of the logo however i didn't like how it was looking. I decided to strip the logo down to just the type, and after a few refinements with the size and leading i found that it was much more clean and professional.

Because i didn't use my full logo for the front of my business card i decided to add it to the back placing it in the top-centre of the design. I then added in the type for the card like the logo placing it in the centre of the design. 

Although i liked the layout i did find the type hard to read and it looked a little messy, so i decided to align everything to the left-hand centre of the card and found this made the details much easier to read and it made the card look more crisp and professional. Also for this design i wanted to use a plain white background so i didn't overuse the blue.

For my letter head i wanted to keep it simple with a white background for two reasons the first being that like i had previously said i didn't want to overpower the stationary with the blue, and secondly the background needs to be plain so that you will be able the read the letters writing. After placing my logo in the left hand corner of the letterhead i looked at where to place the details. In the end i looked back at my business card and really like how it was left aligned so i did the same with the letterhead.

For the folder i decided to add in the blue background to contrast against the white letterhead and simply added in my logo. After a little look at positioning i wanted to stick with having the logo left aligned which matched the letterhead.

For the compliment slip i thought that having the white envelope on the white slip looked to plain so i added in the blue background. 

Next i simply added in my logo to the left of the slip. 

I really wanted to do something with the envelope so i tried out colouring the envelopes flap with the blue are really like how it stands out.

Finishing off with the pens which was a really nice touch to the stationary set. I wanted to stick with my colour scheme so i left the first pen white and took the two blue tones which i used in my logo for the other two.

My final Design. Overall i feel that the stationary set follows a nice theme through out the design and has a nice clean crisp look to it.
