Letterhead and complimentary slip - Delta Media

Letterhead and complimentary slip

I Started off with simply placing the logo on the top go the page.

I added in a watermark to add a little detail to the design which i found worked quite well.

Throughout my designs i have been adding boarders so i wanted to stick with the theme.

After trying out a few patterns i looked at the pattern i used for the brochure and liked how it looked.

After trying out a few different ways with the boarder i found this one to be the best as it doesn't take up too much room on the letterhead.

Finally, i added in a thin boarder to the design just to give it a little more detail.

With the letterhead finished i was able to create the compliment slip with the same design as the letterhead.

Website- Delta Media

Website

For the website i wanted it to be simple but still look porfesional. I started off with the links bar which i extended across the top of the page.

i needed to leave room for the logo to go in the corner so i added the extra part at the other end.

now my logo has been placed in the header has been created.

i wanted to find a picture that could fit the width of this thin boarder i wanted, and in the end found this one to fit the best.

I wanted to add a welcome/information box so i played around with the positioning. I found that i liked the box on the right as it didn't cover the important parts of the image.

I added in three more images however i found that it was a bit too much going on in the page.

I added boxes over the three images with the opacity slightly lowered, which i found worked well.

Although i liked having the red onto of the images i still thought they looked too plain, when i realised i could use the text from the logo; film, web and media and use that.

Brochure

For the brochure i levelled out the text leaving a good space to place the logo. Next i wanted to keep the theme that i had used for the business cards, so i looked at triangular patterns and created a variety of designs.

I liked this boarder design the best and thought the pattern fit with the logo really well.

Although i did find the boarder to be too thick so i trimmed it down a little.

Business Cards - Delta Media

Business Cards

I started off the business card with a simple border design.

To make the border less plain i looked at adding a pattern into the border.

I wondered how the design would look with a background.

Again i thought using one colour looked a little plain, so i made another pattern and thought this really made the design stand out and link in with the triangles used in the logo.

I really liked the idea of having a boarder so for the back of the business card i added in the boarder and placed the text in the centre. This is a very simple and clear design.

I looked at the design portrait which seemed to fit the logo much better. I also tried out a variety of different patterns to use for the background and boarder.

Logo Development - Delta Media

Logo Development

Firstly i needed to play around with the image playing around with the different tones and colours.

Next was to look at a variety of fonts that i could potentially use.

I took my four favourite designs and put them with the image.

I tried a few different layouts for the logo, however i still liked the original design of having the type just beneath the image.

After making slight modifications to the types thickness and leading i had my final logo.
